On planet earth, humans continue to wonder whether it is life that imitates art, or art imites life. But meanwhile, something else seems to have been going on. Because nature seems to have been doing its own thing. It’s been imitating us!

Does life imitate art, or does art imitate life? That question seems to have kept us occupied for quite some time.

Well, you might not have known it, but when you take the time, and really, really look for it, you can sometimes see something else. That nature has been busy… imitating us. Can you see it too?

A little human, phone in hands. Completely engrossed, big head? After all, how else would anyone depict us! In fact, it would probably be entitled “Little Human.” Oh hello little human, what are you doing in that tree?

Who’s imitating who

They say that it was the famous writer Oscar Wilde who said that “Life imitates art far more than art imitates life”. That life craves a kind of expression found in great art. We now might just have another question: What would ‘human’ look like if it was imitated by nature?
